Services
When subscribing to one of our services, or by using or accessing our Services, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use govern the use of our Services and subscription. For the absence of doubt, these Terms govern your use of or reliance on:
Our online services, currently available at Snaily.io, app.snaily.io (“Online Services”),
Our Snaily Chrome Extension, presently available at Google Chrome Web Store (“Extension”).
We are under no obligation to provide support for the Service. In instances where we may offer support, the support will be subject to published policies.
If you disagree with the Terms, you must immediately uninstall our Chrome Extension or cease using our online services.
License Granting and Delivery
Under the Terms of Use, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, fully paid, non-transferable license to install the Chrome Extension and use the Online Services for your own business purposes, during the applicable license term.
Since the first launch of the Services, you will be granted a license, which will be applied to your account automatically and grants you full access to all our Services during the defined period.
Your Order will specify the term during which you will have access to the Services. Unless noted otherwise on your Order, all subscriptions will automatically be renewed for periods equal to your initial Subscription Term unless you cancel your subscription.
You acknowledge that your subscription is subject to automatic renewals and you consent to and accept responsibility for all related recurring charges to your applicable payment method without further authorization from you and without further notice unless required by law.
Upon the expiry of your license, we will limit access to our Services, and you will not be able to use the Services until the license renewal.
We reserve the right to deactivate and delete your account after the 60-day period after your license expires.
Termination, Suspension, and Refund Policy
You may terminate Your initial Order of the applicable Services under these Terms for no reason or any reason. Upon termination of your subscription, you lose the right to access or use the services. All monthly purchases are non-refundable. When you cancel your monthly subscription, your account will stay active until the end of the month.
We may suspend your access to the services if we deem such action necessary based on your violation of this Agreement or our acceptable use policy.
We will provide 30 days’ notice and provide a reasonable opportunity for you to correct your breach prior to suspension, but we may also suspend your access immediately without notice if we deem it necessary to protect the services, the security of other customers, or to comply with any law or regulation.
Use Policies
As a user, you agree to follow the acceptable usage policies, which are designed to prevent fraud and abuse of our services, to ensure that all customers receive acceptable access to our services, and to protect the quality and integrity of our services.
The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that would not be considered “Legitimate Use”:
If you use our services in any way that we will determine (at our sole discretion) may be unlawful, prohibited, abnormal, unusual, or detrimental to our services or any of our other customers or other unrelated parties, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice.
We may monitor your account to check that these policies are being followed. We may vary the terms of use policies from time to time without notice and will contact you using the details you’ve provided to inform you of the changes.
Limited Liability
Neither party (nor their suppliers or Affiliates) will have any liability arising out of or related to this agreement for any loss of profits, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, or revenue or any other indirect, special or consequential loss or damage whatsoever, even if the party has been advised in advance of the possibility of such loss or damage.
You acknowledge and agree that the Services have not been developed to meet your requirements, and the existence of any minor errors in the Services shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement.
Governing Law
Any dispute or claim between the parties shall be governed by Ukraine’s applicable laws and exclusive jurisdiction.
