How to create and manage your team on Snaily.io?

If you’ve made the decision to create and oversee a team on Snaily.io, your journey begins on the “Team” page.

Here’s how to get started:

1. Adding Team Members:

To add your first team member, click the “New team member” button and enter the email address that your teammate used to register on Snaily.io. Your teammate will receive an email invitation to join the team.

2. Acceptance and Initiation:

Once your team member accepts the invitation, you’ll see their name listed as a new member on your team. You have full control over the invitations, allowing you to recall them if needed and resend the inviting email. You can add as many members as you require.

A team subscription gives you the opportunity to:

Managing Team Members:

  • After inviting all your team members, you can actively manage their Snaily.io accounts. This includes signing in to their Snaily.io web application accounts, configuring and reviewing campaigns, and filtering, uploading, or downloading contacts in various formats such as CSV. To end a session, simply click on the “Stop session” button in the top right.

Subscription Management:

  • You have the ability to manage your team members’ subscriptions. To delegate managerial rights to a team member, select the “Team” plan when activating a new subscription for them. Team members who had subscribed to the “Team” plan before receiving an invitation will also gain managerial access. Users with “Basic” or “Pro” subscription plans will not have access to the team’s dashboard.

Team Member Control:

  • You can remove a team member from your team or cancel their subscription at any time.

Quick Access to Campaign Statistics:

  • The Snaily.io Team plan offers convenient access to the statistics of all campaigns running simultaneously. You no longer need to switch between accounts or wait for manual statistic sharing. You can view key performance metrics for your team’s campaigns, such as acceptance and reply rates, and the number of invitations and messages sent per campaign. An indicator below each campaign’s name reflects the status, indicating the number of contacts in the automation queue or those pending their turn.

Customized Dashboard View:

  • For added convenience, you can apply filters to customize your dashboard view. Simply click the “Filter” button and select your preferred options, such as sorting campaigns by status, contact availability, or team members. You can also apply multiple filters simultaneously.

Let’s take a closer look at the limitations associated with the use of team subscription feature.

Here’s a list of things to keep in mind:

  1. You cannot be in multiple teams simultaneously. If you are already subscribed to one team, you need to leave it before joining another.
  2. You won’t be able to send messages to a contact directly within the Snaily.io interface. All broadcast messages must be sent in LinkedIn.
  3. To transfer contacts from one profile to another, you should use the export/import feature. Contacts cannot be transferred directly from one profile to another, except when using the specified function.
